It’s RAFFLE TIME!!! Our good friend, Joe, from Richmond Striping, is generously offering his services for our first BIG raffle of the season. With the purchase of a raffle ticket, you enter to win a first place prize of a complete driveway paving, valued at $6,200. Additionally, we will have three 2^nd place winners who will receive either a driveway seal coat or load of gravel, depending on the driveway type, a value of up to $500 each. Winner will be announced during the 4^th of July party at Smoketree Pool. Tickets are $50 each OR buy 3 and get the 4 ticket free.

Paving Description:

1. Excavate and remove old asphalt and debris.

2. Compact to ensure solid foundation.

3. Lay 2 ¼” of Hot Mix SM-9.5A asphalt.

4. Compact with asphalt roller to level of 2”.

Seal Coating Description:

1. Surface will be cleaned to achieve a thorough cleaning so material will adhere properly.

2. Oil, grease and gas areas will be primed to allow proper adhesive of materials.

3. All cracks ¼” and more measuring approx. will be cleaned. Debris will be removed then filled with rubberized hot crack fill material and squeegeed to level of existing pavement.

4. Squeegee apply RP-355e refined coal tar sealer, 2lbs of sand aggregate and 2% latex additive per gallon will be added to ensure durability and a skid resistant surface.
