If you are a member of Smoketree Pool and interested in renting the Game Pool please fill out the form. You will be contacted by our Aquatics Director to confirm availability.

A 10 day advance notice is appreciated. A minimum two hour rental is required. Must be a member of Smoketree Pool to rent the Game Pool.

2024 Rental Rates:

Sat-Sun $100/hour
Mon-Fri $60/hour

Payment/Cancellations:

Full payment is due upon completion of your reservation. If you need to cancel you must give us 10 days notice for a full refund. Any cancellations within 10 days of the date of the party will incur a $50 cancellation fee. The cost of the rental pays for the lifeguards*, the use of the facility and covers all guest fees.

*if the size of your party requires that we bring in extra lifeguards there will be an additional charge of $20 per/hour per guard.

Additional Information:
The host of the party must be a current Pool Member and must remain on site for the duration of the event. Although you will have sole use of the Game Pool, the Main Pool will still be open to our Membership. With that in mind we do not allow live music (bands/DJ's) and as always NO GLASS!!

Liability Disclaimer

I recognize that there are certain inherent risks of physical injury to patrons of aquatics facilities, and I voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, damages or loss, regardless of the severity that my child or I may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities/programs connected with Smoketree Pool. I hereby acknowledge and agree that my or my child’s use of the facilities of Smoketree Pool, including the pool, game pool, baby pool, pool deck, bathrooms, basketball court, sand volleyball court and pavilion area may be dangerous and creates the potential for personal injury, including but not limited to drowning, injury from diving, slipping or sliding on wet surfaces or falling. With regard to the facilities, which I use, I agree to exercise caution for my own safety and that of my child’s, and to inspect such facilities prior to use thereof in order to insure that they are secure and safe for the use as I intend to make of them. I hereby acknowledge the potential for injury from the use of Smoketree’s facilities and assume the risk thereof, and in addition, I agree to indemnify and hold Smoketree and all personnel (including but not limited to directors, volunteers and employees) harmless for any injury or damage caused by my use of such facilities.
