Welcome to the Smoketree Neighborhood!
Established in 1977, Smoketree is a community of over 600 homes located in Chesterfield County, central Virginia, just outside of the historic capital city of Richmond. Our community facilities include a beautiful pool complex and clubhouse, owned and maintained by our member families. The all-volunteer Board of Directors of the Smoketree Association, elected by Smoketree homeowners, supervise pool and clubhouse operations, plan social events and safeguard the general interests of the community.
